Full Life attends Aged Care Week 2026

Supporting providers through reform

Full Life Occupational Therapy was pleased to attend the 7th Annual Aged Care Week, held at the ICC Sydney from 9–11 June 2026. The event brought together aged care providers, sector leaders, allied health professionals and organisations working across home care, residential care, governance, technology and aged care reform. It was a valuable opportunity to listen, learn and connect with others who are working hard to support older Australians through a time of significant sector change.

Aged care providers are adapting to a changing environment. Many are reviewing how they work, how they manage risk, and how they continue to provide quality care while responding to reform. Full Life understands that providers need allied health partners who are responsive, practical and easy to work with. We are well placed to support providers through this period of change with competitive pricing, strong response times and recommendations that are clear, person-centred and practical for care teams to implement.

We were encouraged by the many providers, sector leaders and allied health professionals we connected with during Aged Care Week. The sector is facing real challenges, but it was also clear that there is a strong commitment to improving care, listening to older people, and finding practical ways to support safe and meaningful lives.

Full Life is more prepared than ever to come alongside aged care providers with OT support that is grounded in dignity, independence, communication access and everyday function.

Celebrating National Week of Deaf People 2025

Full Life is proud to join the community in celebrating National Week of Deaf People (NWDP) in 22-28 September 2025.  This year shines a light on the importance of access and inclusion, especially through sign languages like Auslan.  We are proud to walk alongside the Deaf community, this week and every week.

Auslan saved my life!

Full Life attended 'Auslan Saved My Life!' - an event hosted at the Deaf Mental Health Conference. The event was organised by Ramas McRae and aimed to raise awareness, discuss evidence-based best practices, and share lived experiences regarding the challenges in accessing mental health services.
