I’m fluent in Auslan and have a passion for empowering the Deaf and Hard of Hearing community. 

My background in health, aged and community care has led me to the perfect role where I can make a difference.

I’m Dusty, a kind AHA based in VIC. 

The best thing about my job is meeting clients from all walks of life and creating meaningful relationships. I’m learning so much from their experiences. 

I used to be a support worker and have certificates in Auslan as well as music performance (my artistic side). 

I grew up on chilly Phillip Island (home of the penguin parade) but these days I love warm beaches.

  Hey there, I’m Max, a friendly Full Life AHA in NSW. I started learning Auslan when I was a barista to engage with Deaf customers – one of them is now my wife! 

It all came together when I became a therapy assistant. Now I get to help clients become more independent in their day-to-day lives. 

I used to play in a band, I’m really good at trivia, and my aim is to always be a better person than I was yesterday.

I love connecting with our clients, introducing them to new technology and empowering them to make their daily lives easier. After dedicating 15 years to Woolworth's architectural firm, I’ve changed my career to focus on building a better future for the Deaf Community especially with support in home modification areas, too.  🌍🏡 🙌

Hi, I’m Jen, an adventurous AHA in WA!

 I've enjoyed helping Full Life clients be more independent since 2021. Before that, I gained experience in Aged Care. Joining Full Life was perfect timing, and I’m so glad to be here! 

I enjoy developing my Auslan skills and supporting my team. 

Fun fact: I traveled around Europe in 2023. Oh, and I love meeting friendly dogs during client visits!

I’m a qualified Deaf Interpreter and previous Support Coordinator. Moving into Allied Health at Full Life has been the perfect career progression. 

When our clients are happy, I’m happy! My aim is to always be understanding and supportive. 

And once the working week is done, I like to spend time with my family and go on adventures in our little plane – Foxylady.  ✈️👨‍👩‍👧‍👦🌟
